Department of Labor Required Postings

The US Department of Labor requires the posting of certain information regarding federal labor law. Federal law does not require original posters and copies of the posters are allowed. Employers may be fined for not having the posters displayed in an employers work locations.

The New Hampshire Department of Labor requires that employers display five posters that address aspects of state labor law in each work location of the employer. State law does not require original posters and copies of the posters are allowed. Employers may be fined for not having the posters displayed in an employers work locations.
