The Registration Desk will open Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10 at 7:00 am in the main lobby where you will be provided with Conference materials.

With support from our conference sponsors, registration for all sessions, meals, and entertainment is free to Primex³ members. Please register before Friday, April 20, 2012.

Please fill out the Registration Form completely, using one form per person (photocopy as needed). Return the form, along with applicable guest fees to Primex³, 46 Donovan Street, Concord, NH 03301 or by fax to 603-228-3905. You may also register online at www.nhprimex.org.

General sessions, concurrent sessions and entertainment are open to all members and their guests; however, there is a charge for guest meals. Please fill out the Guest Registration section of the form on page 7 for your guest and enclose a check in the total amount for meals, payable to Primex³.

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify Primex³ by Friday, April 27, 2012. Your guest’s meal fees will be fully refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.

Conference attire is business-casual for all sessions.

— From Boston and Points South
Follow I-93 North to Exit 35 (Whitefield, Lancaster, Great North Woods).
Bear right onto Route 3 North and follow for 21 miles. Turn right onto Mountain View Road and follow for 0.25 mile.

— From the North
Follow I-91 South to Exit 19 and merge onto I-93 South. Take Exit 41(Littleton/Whitefield), turning left at the bottom of the ramp. Follow for 0.5 miles. At the lights, turn right onto Route 116 East and follow for 10 miles. Turn left onto Route 3 north and follow for 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Mountain View Road and follow for 0.25 mile.

— From the South
Follow I-91 North to I-93 South (Exit 19, Littleton, NH) Take I-93 South to Exit 41 (Littleton/Whitefield), turning left at the bottom of the ramp. Follow for 0.5 miles. At the lights, turn right onto Route 116 East and follow for 10 miles. Turn left onto Route 3 north and follow for 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Mountain View Road and follow for 0.25 mile.
