Public Safety Chiefs are key leaders in our communities. Not only do you keep us safe, you model true leadership both on and off the job. In the last decade, and certainly last year, you have responded with full faith and service. Now is the time to take stock in how you accomplished all you have, determine what values you want to take forward, define your combined purpose, and gain clarity on how do you will lead in this century. In this workshop, you will solidify your “why”, your leadership purpose, what you can learn and take forward together as one leadership body.

Facilitation will include:

• Reflect on your community impact
• Create core values and compare with each group
• Solidify the “why” in our work
• Determine what we can do, or leverage, as a combined leadership body
