Difficult conversations are, by their very nature, a challenge to conduct. But there are things you can do (and not do) to make them less difficult and more effective. In this workshop you’ll learn and practice the most important skills you need to hold difficult conversations that achieve results without damaging the working relationship, including:

  • Setting the stage for a productive conversation
  • How to start the conversation the right way
  • Framing the problem to be solved in a way that invites engagement and collaboration
  • Handling difficult behavior during the conversation
  • What you must be sure to do after the difficult conversation
