This course of instruction will give the student the basics of the New Hampshire Motor Carrier Safety Administrative Rules and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as they relate to the Reasonable Suspicion Drug & Alcohol Testing Training for Supervisors of CDL-Drivers and recommended best practices for Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
Topics to be covered include:
Requirements for Alcohol Testing – Part §§382.307 and 603
Requirements for Drug Testing – Part §§382.307 and 603
Discussion of Official USDOT Interpretations of §§382.307 and 603
Students will take a multiple choice exam at the end of the program.
Successful completion requires attendance at the entire session and a passing score of 80 on the multiple choice test.
