Description: 

This program is designed to highlight the proper methods of controlling traffic at roadway pedestrian crossings. Emphasis is placed on proper methods and equipment to enhance safety for pedestrians, motorists, and employees. It is beneficial for both new and seasoned crossing guards.

    Derek Martel

    Derek joined Primex3 in 2022 as a Risk Management Consultant, working with members to address their training and risk management needs.  Prior to coming here, he worked for the Concord Fire Department, retiring as Captain at the Broadway Fire Station.  In addition, Derek served as a regional coordinator for the PFFNH peer support team and instructed at the NH Fire Academy.  He continues to work with critical incident stress management teams (CISM) in a support role and has a passion for improving mental health in the workplace.  He has a bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety from Columbia Southern University and is currently working on becoming a Certified Risk Manager.  Derek lives in Concord with his wife, two daughters, a dog, and a bevy of chickens.

  • Armaganian Nicole

    Nicole Armaganian

    Nicole joined Primex in 2018 with a focus on working with members to address their training, consulting, and risk management needs.  She has initiated and presented numerous programs related to leadership development.  Nicole holds industry designations such as Associate Risk Manager (ARM), Certified Workplace Trainer in Conflict Management (CMT), holds a designation in Emotional Intelligence/Quotient (EQ) and High Conflict Influencer (HCI), and is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI).

    Nicole is a 22-year veteran of law enforcement and retired from the New Hampshire State Police as a Lieutenant serving as Troop Commander of Troop G.  She is a graduate of UNH and lives in Concord with her husband and two daughters.
