This 3-hour training will empower you to sense, understand, and effectively apply the power of emotions to enhance collaboration and productivity. By delving into the dynamics of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), you will gain valuable insights into your own emotions, goals, intentions, responses, and behaviors. Additionally, you will learn how to better understand and navigate the emotions of others, leading to stronger professional and personal relationships.
In this session, you will:
- Develop Emotional Awareness: Understand the core concepts of Emotional Intelligence and how emotions influence thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics.
- Enhance Emotional Regulation: Learn strategies for processing and managing emotions, enabling you to respond thoughtfully and productively in various situations.
- Strengthen Interpersonal Relationships: Gain the tools to recognize and understand the emotions of others, fostering empathy, effective communication, and collaboration.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete an EQ assessment prior to attending the session.

Nicole Armaganian
Nicole joined Primex in 2018. She entered the Team as a Risk Management Consultant focusing on working with members to address their training, consulting, and risk management needs. Nicole is a 22-year veteran of law enforcement. She retired from the New Hampshire State Police as a Lieutenant serving as Troop Commander of Troop G.
Nicole holds industry designations such as Associate Risk Manager (ARM), Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), and Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer in Conflict Management (CMT). In addition, Nicole has initiated and presented at numerous programs related to leadership.
Nicole is a graduate of UNH and is also the Concord High School Varsity Field Hockey Coach.
