The Essentials of Primex3 Coverage program is designed to provide you with a more detailed understanding of your coverage with us and provide an opportunity to answer your questions. Members are encouraged to have their Toolkits binders for the session.
Who should watch: Town Administrators, Business Administrators, County Administrators, and also the HR professionals and senior administrative officials with responsibility for their organization’s coverage. This training will help those responsible for these programs to understand the essentials of each coverage line.
What is ZOOM?
Zoom is a video conferencing service that allows us to broadcast sessions to you live so you can view the sessions on your computer while its taking place.
To join the meeting, check your email:
1. At the start time of the meeting, click on the Zoom link "https://zoom.us/j/227891739" in your emailed invitation "Join via computer". You may be instructed to download the Zoom application.
2. You have an opportunity to test your audio at this point by clicking on “Test Computer Audio.” Once you are satisfied that your audio works, click on “Join audio by computer.”
Carl Weber, Director of Member Services, is responsible for member account development, member growth, stability forecasts, strategic positioning, and management of the Member Services Department. Carl has worked in local government for more than ten years, most recently as the Town Administrator of Amherst, NH. Once upon a time he was a search-and-rescue swimmer for the US Navy. Carl holds Bachelors' Degrees in Political Science and Community Development and a Master's Degree in Public Policy. Carl is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). Carl regularly teaches on human factors and the relationship of behavior and leadership styles, as well as motivation, coaching, leadership challenges, team building, and failing as a leader. He has a passion to help leaders in their lifelong journey to finish well, to combat and work with their inner voice, and to live a meaningful story worth reading.
David Bullock currently serves as a Claims Consultant at Primex3, handling property and liability claims and managing unemployment compensation appeals at the NH Department of Employment Security. David has developed a specialized expertise in employment related claims. David recently received his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation and attained his Senior Claims Law Associate designation. David previously worked as an Anti-Discrimination Investigator for the New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, the state agency charged with enforcing the state civil rights law in employment, housing, and public accommodations. David graduated from Ohio University receiving a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and History and from the University of New Hampshire receiving a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
Mary Beth Purcell
Mary Beth Purcell is the Primex3 Claims Director. She oversees the Worker’s Compensation and Property & Liability Claims Departments. She joined Primex3 in August 2002 after working for a commercial carrier for ten years. She has developed special expertise in handling public entity losses and claims. Mary Beth has attained her Associate in Claims and Senior Claims Law Associate designation. Mary Beth enjoys teaching part of the Supervisor’s Academy. She is a graduate of Merrimack College. When Mary Beth is not working, she and her husband enjoy watching their three children participate in sports. Mary Beth is a graduate of the Primex3 Emerging Leaders Program.
Monica Panait, Sr. Risk Management Consultant, has been with Primex3 since 2001. She works primarily with Primex3 school and county members to address their training, consulting and risk management needs. Monica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and has earned the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) designations through the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. She has also earned the Program in General Insurance (INS) certification through the American Institute for CPCU and Insurance Institute of America. Her areas of expertise include loss mitigation, playground safety and reinsurance.
Sarah Bisson is the Claims Manager, handling workers’ compensation claims since 1999. She joined Primex3 in 2001 handling workers compensation claims in the North Country, and in 2009 moved claims handling to the South and Southwest part of the state. In March 2019 she transitioned to Claims Manager. Sarah is the resident expert on the Second Injury Fund, and enjoys collaborating with the claims team to provider excellent service and training to our membership.
As an IACET Accredited Provider, Primex3 offers CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET standard.
