All sessions are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm at Primex in Concord, NH unless otherwise noted. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided each day. This program is offered to members in the Property & Liability coverage program.

    Nicole Armaganian

    Nicole joined Primex in 2018 with a focus on working with members to address their training, consulting, and risk management needs.  She has initiated and presented numerous programs related to leadership development.  Nicole holds industry designations such as Associate Risk Manager (ARM), Certified Workplace Trainer in Conflict Management (CMT), holds a designation in Emotional Intelligence/Quotient (EQ) and High Conflict Influencer (HCI), and is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI).

    Nicole is a 22-year veteran of law enforcement and retired from the New Hampshire State Police as a Lieutenant serving as Troop Commander of Troop G.  She is a graduate of UNH and lives in Concord with her husband and two daughters.

    Rick Alpers

    Rick Alpers, Senior Executive Services Consultant, is a graduate of Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management and a minor in history. Prior to joining the Primex3 team, he was a former Town Administrator and is a former member of the Board of Selectmen in Bristol, NH. In his current role as Member Services Manager, Rick is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Primexmembers. In that capacity, he regularly engages with members to ensure Primex is meeting the needs of the membership, plus assists the member services team with their day to day responsibilites. He also assists members in team building, goal setting, mission and vision crafting and behavioral assessments.
