Participants will review real data on departmental claims, identify potential causes, and create an action plan to reduce or eliminate these risks. This program helps to establish a solid underpinning for future risk management efforts at both the supervisory and employee level.

• Discuss management versus risk management.
• Review the behavior-based approach to managing occupational risk and preventing workplace injuries.
